The prices on the website are non-binding. Ali Lamu reserves the right to change its prices and rectify any errors. All prices include VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs. If you order outside Kenya, you are responsible for any importation tax due if any. It is the responsibility of the client to be informed of any importation duties, Ali Lamu does not take any responsibility fo any extra charges due.
All payments on the website are made through electronic payment.

All our products are made to order, so nothing is featured as being out of stock. Each new product may take a minimum of two weeks to process depending on the size of the order and the nature of the product. Your order will be processed within two business days after receiving your payment, however, the final product will depend on the order size. We cannot guarantee the final product will look exactly as pictured since each product is hand made with unique patchwork and stitching. If an item cannot be produced, you will be notified immediately.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary between 1 to 2 months from order, depending on your location and the size of the order. You will receive an e-mail containing the information about your shipment as soon as it is processed.
All prices are exclusive of shipping fees. Shipping charges are added to the order and are paid by the customer. These charges are calculated by the weight and/or dimensions of the parcel.
Wrong Address or No Pickup
Ali Lamu cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses provided or parcels not received or collected. In case parcels are sent back to us, the client will be charged again for sending the package a second time.
Ali Lamu strives to prove high-quality products. In the event you are not satisfied with one of our items, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the nature of the issue with 14 days of receiving it, we can issue you a replacement, refund or credit. You may send us back the item at your own expense and it must be returned in the same condition as received.
If the parcel is damaged by the postal services, please notify us within 5 business days at email@example.com and send us pictures of the damaged item so that we can lodge a complaint with the shipment company.
